The event is split across the weekend: the North Conference races on Saturday, September 26, and the South Conference races on Sunday, September 27.
The high school course consists of a 6.0-mile loop climbing approximately 460 feet per lap, while the middle school course is a 3.6-mile loop with about 275 feet of climbing per lap.
Yes, on-site registration is available but subject to an additional $15 late fee. Registration must be completed at least one hour before your specific race wave starts, and your ACA membership must already be registered online.
The course is open for pre-ride on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until sunset, and on Saturday after racing concludes (approximately 3:00 p.m.) until sunset. There is also a dedicated window on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. reserved exclusively for female high school athletes, middle school athletes, and their coaches.
Staging is based on overall placement from the current season (specifically using results from Race #1). The top 10 placed riders in each category receive call-ups by name.
