These Terms govern your use of MyRace.cc. By using the site you agree to them. MyRace.cc is operated by Performance Unit Oy, Pursimiehenkatu 26 C, 00150 Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us").

What MyRace.cc is

MyRace.cc is a free cycling race discovery tool for gravel and mountain bike events. It lets you browse races and use quizzes to find races that fit your profile (Race Finder) and to benchmark your power-to-weight (the W/kg quiz).

Race information is provided "as is"

Race details (dates, distances, elevation, difficulty, entry information and so on) are gathered from official and third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm details with the official race organiser before entering, paying for, or travelling to an event. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information on the site.

Quiz results are guidance, not professional advice

Quiz results, race matches, difficulty ratings and W/kg categorisations are estimates intended as general guidance. They are not medical, coaching, training or financial advice. Always train and compete within your own ability and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• Do not scrape, copy, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Provide accurate information when using the quizzes.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Race names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Third-party links

The site links to external sites such as official race pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on race information or quiz results.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
