The longer cross-country races feature a mix of numerous hills, fast flat sections, and descents, with surfaces including mud, sand, water crossings, and exposed rock.

Event changes must be submitted in writing by August 6th, but transferring of numbers, deferrals, or refunds are not permitted due to pre-race costs.
A limited number of preferred start positions are available for both the Hard Rock and Soft Rock races, which can be requested during registration.
