What is the course like?+

The 105.3-mile out-and-back course in the Colorado Rockies features 12,304 feet (3749m) of elevation gain, ranging from 9,180 feet to a peak of 12,500 feet. It mostly follows forest rough service roads and high alpine two-track, with some singletrack sections.

Are there cut-off times for the race?+

Yes, participants must reach certain points by specific times; the 9-hour cut-off is for the Big Buckle, and the final cut-off for race completion and the Small Buckle is 12 hours from chip start time.
