Number collections and late entries are available on Friday, 24 July 2026, from 14:00 to 21:00, and on Saturday, 25 July 2026, from 06:00 to 07:00 at the Mbuyu Restaurant, Tshipise A Forever Resort.

Cash and sponsored prizes will be awarded for various categories, with specific prize categories for the 15km, 35km, 50km, and 75km distances, including age groups and e-bike categories. Notably, women's federation and Limpopo colours for 19+ will be awarded in the 50km distance, not 75km, and Grand Master Men podium is only for the 50km route.
