No, accommodation is not included in the entry fee and must be chosen and booked separately by participants.

Dinner on Friday and Saturday nights is available for purchase online with your entry. Additional meals during the day can be bought on site from Dixon Caterers.

What is the entry fee for the full event?+

The entry fee is R1650.00 per person, which covers entry to both days of riding, safety and medical provision on route, water tables, and a sundowners session.

What is the refund policy for cancellations?+

Refunds depend on the cancellation notice period: 80% for more than 90 days, 50% for 60-90 days, 30% for 30-60 days, and 10% for 0-30 days prior. Bank and online fees are non-refundable.
