Rider fit

Who it's for

This event is suitable for a wide range of participants, from junior and recreational riders seeking a scenic challenge to competitive mountain bikers aiming for a spot in the MTB Marathon Cup.

Who will struggle

Riders who lack experience with technical singletrack, quick bursts of power for short, steep climbs, or continuous varied terrain may find the longer distances particularly challenging.

Training focus

Training should focus on developing technical bike handling skills for winding trails, improving explosive power for short, punchy climbs, and building endurance for sustained efforts over varied terrain.
