The provisional route covers approximately 138 km (85 miles) over two days, with an estimated total elevation gain of 2150 meters, split between 950m on Day 1 and 1200m on Day 2.

Mountain bikes and gravel bikes are recommended, with a minimum tire size of 45mm. E-bikes are permitted, but participants should inform organisers upon signing up.

The course is not marked, and riders are responsible for their own navigation. A GPX file of the route will be supplied electronically before the event.
What does the £99 entry fee include?+
The entry fee covers the GPX route file, an electronic rider briefing, access to a support vehicle for rescues, a campsite with toilets and water, an evening meal, and breakfast.

Participants must carry a helmet, front and rear lights, sufficient water, an emergency blanket or sleeping bag, a waterproof jacket, a first aid kit, a phone or GPS for navigation, a multitool, a spare tube, tire levers, a puncture repair kit, and their tent/bivvy bag/tarp.
